Product Description
Application:
The linear vibrating screen is suitable for granules with mesh size of 0.074-5mm, moisture content less than 70%,.it can sieve nonviscous materials and maximum mesh size of feeding is less than 10mm.It is widely used in mining, coal, metallurgy, building material, refractories, light Industry, and chemical industry etc.
Working principle:
Applying two vibration motors which vibrate oppositely, eccentric blocks on both ends produce specified . Excitation force on the transverse surface cancel out, and on the lengthways is delivered to the whole screen through sensing body, making the materials on the screen move straightforward to the discharging pole. Those granules smaller than the mesh fall down to the next layer and flow out of the discharging pole. After the grading of the straight line vibrating screen and sieving of screen, different grades of granules are produced.
